Recognizing that computers and the Internet have become the primary tools of information access for today's youth, the 2005 - 2006 class of Fellows of the Maryland State Bar Association endeavored to create a destination where Maryland youth could locate up-to-date, reliable answers to the questions they have regarding their rights.
